Experience:
Family Promise:
At Family Promise I collaborated with team members to help serve 5 families, I bonded with children while I advocated for tired parents to sleep, and I generated questions about various policies and regulations so that I could better understand this community of people. This experience humbled me and made me want to create change in my future.
The Home Depot:
At The Home Depot, I learned how to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to follow up on product transition development. I was the main center for dictating where products went, whether for revenue or donation. It was part of my everyday routine to create queries with Excel and communicate the progress of products to higher-level management.
Academic Highlights:
This document is a highlight for me because it was an assignment that truely taught me the type of leader that I would like to be; participatory.

Future Learning:
While thinking ahead with my professional goals, I went job hunting and learned that if I would like to go for accounting, I will need to obtain my CPA certification. There are books that I would like to reread that will help strengthen my negotiation skills, more environmental books that I would like to read, and time management books to will help me achieve success. There is more networking that I would like to do which will help me achieve my career path and will better advise me in my future interested roles.
